In Danielle’s class you will nourish body, mind, + spirit by mindfully flowing through a dynamic blend of movement and breath-work. The focus is on your individual alignment with a strong guidance of breath. Be prepared to challenge yourself, whether through movement, or stillness. However, most importantly, keep your heart light throughout your practice and allow space for laughter as you explore within. This is a lifetime of practice and forever evolving.
As a teacher, Danielle’s goal is to create a space where you feel supported to go deep. To fully drop-in as you observe and explore your relationship with the Self and open up to the limitless possibilities as we transform to greatness together

THE PRACTICE: Fall Equinox, date TBA
A 75 min intentional practice of mindfulness incorporating movement, breath-work, meditation, and journaling. Class is all-levels and thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. Each playlist is carefully curated to support and inspire your practice. Together, by way of beat and conscious breath, we will drop-in to the present moment as we mindfully shift energy and align to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Private Offerings:
Danielle is located in Northwest Arkansas. She is currently available both in-person and virtually for wine tastings and yoga (movement, breath-work, meditation) classes. Her offerings range from private curated classes for individuals or small groups tailored to your personal goals. She also specializes in larger workshops with the opportunity for growth for your entire community.
